Kendra Scott — Local services in Los Angeles

We visited the Mirimar, FL store on Friday, July 11th, with my daughter and her friend, just planning to browse a few items. I ended up purchasing three bracelets and a ring for myself, as well as earrings, a ring, and a bracelet for my daughter.

While we were there, I noticed a beautiful necklace worn by one of the sales associates and instantly fell in love with it. Although it was sold out at their location, the associate went above and beyond by giving me contact information for other stores that had it in stock and even provided a detailed list of the stones used in the necklace. Thanks to their help, I was able to contact this store in California and purchase the exact necklace I had admired. Katie, immediately made my necklace (I got the last one, yay!), she even sent me a pic and the tracking info!

I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service — the associates made the process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Although I don’t live in Florida or California I will absolutely be reaching out to both of them for future...

4 people working in the smallest space, and I was the only customer in the spacd - not one says hello. This one older woman came out and helped me and she was so kind, asked her to check one more thing for me. She didn’t see it so kindly asked another associate in the store to check, and confirm she was correct about it being sold out. I could feel the attitude come out when she asked. It’s not okay to treat your coworkers or clients this way. Do not recommend the store, but I really did like the lady that did end...

Mary Francis at this location truly made my day and helped me fix a Xmas nightmare! I called the customer service line and they were unable to replace my purchased bracelet.
