I recently visited this Place and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was very clean, cozy, and relaxing, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The lash artist was incredibly professional and attentive — she took time to understand exactly what style I wanted and made helpful suggestions to suit my eye shape.

The application process was gentle, I almost fell asleep in the chair, and when I opened my eyes the result was amazing. My lashes look full yet natural, not heavy at all, and I’ve received so many compliments already. What I really appreciate is that they use high-quality products that don’t irritate my eyes, and the retention has been great even after a couple of weeks.

I had an incredible experience at Lash&Joy with Joy! Despite being fully booked, she was able to accommodate me super last minute. She did a foreign fill for me and actually recommended the classic look, which is even cheaper and gives a more natural appearance. However, since I have a wedding and a concert coming up, I opted for the hybrid, and it's absolutely beautiful!

I've been getting my lashes done for a long time, but never have they been this airy and light with so much dimension. Joy's expertise really shows in her work. She even recommended that I take a break from lashes for two months because mine are damaged. Who does that? She's genuinely looking out for her clients by saving me money and preserving my lashes!

I've had eyelash extensions for 9 years, but this is the first time I've seen curls like this. I told her not to do it in the front, but she did and the curls cover my eyes and make them look smaller. It is even very uncomfortable because it is placed too close to the mucous membrane. Afterwards, it tried to contact her, but her response was to ask what you want and i did what you asked but it wasn’t what i ask. I don't recommend this...
