Ordered twice and in both orders half of my order was canceled without notice (even thou they claim notice was sent {go figure}). My first order, they canceled my fried calamari and octopus, but gave a good amount of seafood ramen and serve quickly, so I said fine, it happens; I did enjoy the soup, so ill order next time. The second time I ordered was magical: a humiliating, degrading prejudice experience, in which I haven't experienced ever until that night. It was a disappointing eye opener; especially in these times. Not only was my order canceled, there was no notice given (only the food ready text). When we got there (10 mins after food ready text) the young asian female employee had the audacity to give my wife attitude, with sneering eye when order wasn't ready. ( I observed from afar in my car, and I said to myself whats going on now, for I saw the employees facial expression). But it wasn't that it wasn't ready, it was the fact that my order was canceled but yet still charged me. Apparently after that my wife came to me and said they reorder, so we waited on the "new order" which had no fried calamari nor the octupus, just chicken fried rice (poorly made dish btw, straight to the trash) and the soup. Now, my gut feeling was telling me that they will intentionally ruin order out of spite because Im a "Mexican" in her eyes, its what her body language was shouting at me (but I'm not, this is how I am feeling now mistreated), and needless to say, they did just that. A small amount of soup & noodles, nothing compare to last order and the fried rice was beyond a small amount. I knew then I was being targeted, even felt the hostility. Horrible service, horrible food, so I return the order seconds after I received it, [I had to go in because of the attitude she gave to my wife]. Oh and they kept the original charges even thou the calamari and octopus was canceled. Yes my fellow Americans, even thou my original order was canceled by them, my price still remained; its a thing of beauty if you ask me. This is were I had to report the red flag and escalate situation. [This happen Sept 30 10:40pm an online order, received text stating food will be ready at 11:01pm. My wife and I came to location at around 11:13pm.("order canceled") Employee entered new order 11:15pm, we waited until 11:45pm,...

This is the worst ramen place I've ever been to. They have the worst customer service. They gave my order to someone else and when i complained about it, the girl who works there did not care. I went at 12 am. She didn't even try to remake my order and she said she didnt have my order and was persistent on her answer. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she just laughed and said that they don't have a manager and I showed her my confirmation number and I showed her the menu that they also have in the restaurant and it's the exact same one and she was trying to act like I was making this whole thing up and was not useful at all. i drove 30 minutes for nothing. what a waste of my time. this is the worst Ramen place I have ever been to and they should have someone in charge who is polite and has good customer service. this lady has the worst service and the worst attitude I have ever seen and I want my refund back from postmates because they stole my money and gave my order away to somebody else. the restaurant marked it that it was picked up before I even got a chance to pick it up or before it was even due. also, they have an incorrect address...

Probably one of the WORST ramens I’ve ever had & I’ve been to many.

First off: • Host/service was not existent, we waited for like 5 minutes before anybody came out. • Ordered my regular when it comes to ramen: Spicy Tonkotsu ramen with extra noodles. • First taste is always a broth taste and this broth tasted watered-down • Bowl was HUGE. That should’ve been a red flag. • Noodles weren’t Al dente and were soft like they been sitting there. • Egg was was not warm or runny • Chashu usually breaks down with your tongue or no force. This chashu here was hard on the corners and a bit tough. • Mushroom was cold too

You would think this would be one off, but we ordered just broth for my nephew and his first words out of his mouth when he had bite was “this taste like water”

Everything about this place just honestly sucked. I’m all for brown pride in the kitchen, I’m brown. But these guys don’t have a clue about the cuisine they’re cooking.

If you love ramen, AVOID this place and go to Iki ramen or Men Oh for some...

We are so lucky to have authentic cuisine in segregated towns throughout Los Angeles. Thia Town, Chinatown, Japan Town and in this case K-Town... Koreatown. Asian restaurants in their actual little towns have a charming reputation of being rude to their patrons or maybe to just "outsiders". Well this place did not disappoint with that special charm. The server was cold and was just tolerable of our presence. The owner's daughter/relative came in with a squad of cackling girls, who were so loud I could not have a conversation with my date sitting inches away. The ramen was... Eeeh. It wasn't terrible, but BLAND. I think I will stick to that ramen place on Sunset, that ramen tasted like it was made with LOVE. Ten Ramen, I hate to state this, but they gave off a racist vibe. I really felt like they had great animosity towards us. It's a shame to pay to feel this way. Don't worry... we won't be back.

I decided to come at a really bad time. I thought they wouldn’t be busy at 2am on a Sunday Halloween night. I didn’t know there was a nightclub around the corner that would let out. Other than that, the food was pretty good and at a reasonable price. Hard to find <$15 ramen that is great! Service unfortunately was slow and they lost one of the papers we wrote our name down. This was due to them getting slammed. I will definitely come back but not around 2am on busy club nights.

Food was good. Had I not pick the 2 out of 5 spicy level and go lower might be better. Could barely taste the broth with the overpowering spiciness. Decent amount of good meat. The egg was beyond expectation. As far as spicy level goes, think of it as Mexican spicy levels not Japanese and you'd get a better idea of how spicy it will be. Restaurant was clean but dark in a way as if it's closing hours when I went at 5pm
