As a customer that has been riding the Flyaway bus for over eleven years I have noticed the company make some good improvements like leaving on time, tap to pay ect. So it is disappointing when some of those improvements make the system difficult, with a feeling of unfriendlyness when the bus driver turns a customer away Not because there is no room but because he doesn't want to put the bag in the under carry. I walked out just in time to catch bus 9913 I waited in line with the other customers but I can only assume he just didn't want to put my bag on. I looked and saw there were plenty seats available he just said take the next one. He left me there in the cold with the cold air nipping at my fingertips. In the many many years Ive rode the Flyaway I have never witness a driver turn a paying customer away when there was room on the bus and I hope this does NOT become normal practice.    Read moreIf youre traveling right now during covid and trying to use this service hustle your legs over to T1 the buses are only taking 15 people at a time and are not posting any information to indicate capacity on the tracker or around the flyaway posts. dont be like me and watch two buses wave you off because they are full and the only way to increase your chance to get on is to walk to the otherside of the airport. And if you call customer service dont expect them to help you. They will transfer you to dispatch without another word and it will ring and ring and ring and maybe someone will answer after calling back. And they'll give you the same solution I provided.
