Our waiter was wonderful.

But the manager was an absolute jerk! I had rested my head down for about 20 min after ordering $50 worth of food for my husband and I. No one said anything.

My husband laid down at the table we sat at too from being exhausted from our early morning flight. The manager came up and rudely told him to not do that. My husband acknowledged it and sat up. Instead of walking away the manager continued to challenge my husband as he just said we were paying customers and just resting. The rude manager said “we aren’t a rest area” and “who told you you can rest here?”

What an embarrassing way to treat a paying customer. Especially as a manager/partial owner. We weren’t putting our shoes on your already gum covered tables. Just resting for a few minutes.

Stop focusing on paying customers relaxing and instead focus on making the crusty overpriced food taste better.

Lastly, I was told you normally stay in the back and don’t interact with customers. You should definitely stay in the back before you ruin your own business with your horrible people skills and tacky...

Two workers today chasing everyone off to another part of the area to pay cash and come back or use the QR code only. They refused to take order at cash register, said if no one had a phone they can order somewhere else. People by the droves we all still ordered by phone. Then when a few of us came back to get pizza they had agreed to take two men's order. some other people complained about it to them, they just told us they didn't have a phone, but several other people at the time I ordered didn't have phone/disabled/elderly and they refused service to them. The lady was just as rude. Felicia or something like that. they were also rude to an airport employee. the pizza was soggy, I really haven't seen ruder people. they...

The worst ever customer service by the Mexican/Latina girl at the counter. Me and my friend went to order pizza for lunch and she told she does not take manual order, as she is on lunch. She suggested to scan QR code and can place an order. On enquiry, why she can’t take a manual order she told she can’t as she is on lunch. Don’t know why an employee is at front counter if she id on lunch. BS customer service. The guy also did not want to take an order, and suggested to go to the other end to place the order “if you want”. Now after seeing the other reviews now I know how bad this place is. Never even go near this place. They will take away your appetite and good vacation experience. Who actually keeps these kind of staff in...

I can confidently say that Wolfgang Puck has never eaten here, much less cooked here. The food is not that great... my pizza was undercooked... and served on a cardboard plate.... but at least it was expensive! The service was friendly enough when I sat down, but about 15 minutes later, it turned into a loud announcement that the kitchen was about to close. Then the whole place shut down, with the staff actively sweeping up while customers were still finishing up their costly meals. I had some time to kill before I could check into my flight. This was a good place to stop by for a beer, but you can just go ahead and skip the pizza.

This location was plagued with failures by the staff. staff stopped between every pizza to step away and check their phone. After this slowing service down, the pizza was incorrect and undercooked. This is a margherit that should come with Basil, with red onions added. No Basil with red bell pepper was added instead. This looks like a crime scene because of the extraordinary amount of red sauce added attempting to overcome any other mistakes not immediately noticed. This was sad, expensive, and delayed, with only the plane I needed getting ready to leave saving the employees from forcing a chargeback for this.

For an airport brick oven pizza I was pleasantly surprised! (This is a 4 out of 5 for airport pizzas… It wouldn’t be fair to compare them to a local restaurant) It did taste slightly greasy but the WP sausage with fennel was incredible! I went on a Monday at 10 am so it wasn’t busy so I can’t speak to the level of service is there was a line and how fast the service would be. If you want a thick crust, this probably isn’t your place.
