I ordered a grilled cheese and paid extra for ham tomato and onion. After paying $25 for the sandwich I waited for it, and when I received my food I only had ham and cheese on it. Usually it’s no biggie but since I paid extra I asked for the onions and tomatoes. The woman making it immediately was defensive with me stating “WELL IT DIDN’T COME ACROSS ON MY END!” So I pulled out my receipt to show her, and she then hands me a box with 3 tomatoes and raw onions. I ask her if it’s suppose to be grilled or added to the sandwich which and she said “NO ITS NOT COOKED WITH IT!”. So I go to get a fork to add it to my sandwich, which of course there are none. And I ask her for a fork and she still continues to be verbally aggressive and says “ THEY’RE ON THE OTHER SIDE!” Which was also out. I really consider myself to be a patient easygoing person but this was just horrible. Attached is the after photo of half the sandwich I added the veggies too and the half I didn’t. She needs to do better.

Only two kiosks to order from but pretty simple to order. A little hard to find a place to sit and eat, but it's an airport so it's expected. The food was actually very good. Not just for "airport food" but in general. We got a wrap, a burger, and the pastrami fries. Pastrami was thick and flavorful. The gravy was perfect temp. Fries were crispy and delicious. The wrap didn't fall apart like wraps normally do. The drinks were way over priced. $5.50/each for gatorade. Our 3 gatorades were as much as my 1 wrap. We will be stopping by again.

Half sandwich for ten dollars? This place might have tasty items but people are here trapped at the airport because they need to catch a plane, not to have fine dining. This place is way way too expensive for anything they sell. It's a pity because this section of the airport could definitely use a supermarket with reasonably priced items - I would have shipped here several times. Instead, of the about 25 times I flew out of LAX this year, I always decided it was not worth it, and sometimes I could have really used a snack.

So I ordered the Paris Grilled Cheese with ham. There is nothing grilled about it and the lady looked at me like I was crazy when I said I would at least like the cheese melted otherwise it was just another cold ham n cheese. I should have left right then but I went across the way and got the 2 Taco Platter with chicken tacos. It was hands down the most disgusting gut wrenching excuse for a taco I have ever eaten. It was poorly drained canned chicken with diced canned tomatoes. By the time I got to my terminal the tortilla was so soggy from that nasty chicken there was no way to pick it up without a SPOON! Yes I said spoon. I was starving I ate about 3 bites of taco slop and the rice and beans (which even after having sat out all day was still the only edible part!!) I was so nauseous that I couldn't even think about walking back to that disgusting place for a refund. Notice I said "place" because it in no way qualifies as a restaurant. The only other thing I can say about this place is if you cone upon it turn around and RUN...

Rude staff totally unhelpful and unfriendly. Landed at 6:30pm on a Friday night. Place was dead with 7 employees that I counted behind the various counters doing nothing but talking. I waited about 10 min before someone finally walk over to take my order. Then got sent to pay on the other side of the restaurant. The lady who took my order didn't put my sandwich in the oven despite the fact she clearly saw me go pay for it. When I came back to get the sandwich she insisted I pull the receipt out and then put my sandwich in the oven in a to go paper bag which seemed totally wrong. The bag was extremely hot and full of steam from the food. I almost burned my hand trying to take the sandwich out of the bag. I don't think it's food safe either to stick a bag that's glued into a hot confection over and cook the hell out of an egg sandwich. This place needs to get a good manager and work on the staff. Not once did a single staff member ever be friendly in my 25 min stop in this "quick stop" NOT on a night when they had...
