I have been using these fragrances for many years and they get compliments all the time from men and women.
However, recently I went in to have my fragrance created with my custom bottle that was a gift and I came upon this storefront. Then I met the staff.
All three of them were super helpful and kind. The General Manager is Joshua Nece. I mentioned to him that I purchased the "test kit" and there were problems with some of them working properly. I was looking for a fast fix to get the spray bottle to work. Joshua immediately apologized and shared they "had a bad batch of sample bottles that just do not work right". Rather than that being the end, he said, "Please being them in and I will make sure we replace them! That was our fault. Here is my personal cell if you need to send them in and I will make sure we send them back to you".
YES, that did happen and then when I reached out he was 110% ready to be of help.
I am now going to drop them to another location that he contacted to get me qualified to return and all should be right soon.
It was such a gift to be treated with such kindness and professionalism and the personal touch of trusting me with his cell number. I was a fan of this brand and fragrance before but now I am forever in memory of their care of the customer.
Too often in today's environments people just do not make ANY effort at all. Joshua and his team were above and beyond any expectations and deserve to be recognized as such.

His deep knowledge of Le Labo’s fragrances, combined with his genuine passion for the brand, made this visit stand out. I immediately fell in love with the brand and I decided to drive down to this location because I thought buying online, especially scents which I don’t know whether I’ll like or not, would be taking a shot in the dark. Mind you I live in the Santa Clarita, so its quite the drive. Walking into the store I was greeted very rudely by a man and a woman they definitely did not give me a welcoming look. With that, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.
