WORSE RUDE STAFF!!!! Pints are being delivered always at least 1 inch empty!!!!

I am a client for years, usually I order from Westfield Century City, but because this new location is closer to my house, I started ordering from here ,not to mention the pints are always barely filled up but when I decided to call and complain ( already happened many times). I was thinking it might be a mistake ! but the more I was ordering, it was the same. It’s not a mistake.! They are doing this on purpose.! Mind you , I’m a client for years. I know exactly how it supposed to look.! The moment I was calling and complaining the one answering the phone today was completely RUDE!!!!! if you do not like your job, just find another job! The ice cream is pretty pricey, no problem, but I want to get what I pay for and I want when I talk to a person and I have a complaint that person to listen to my complaint, not to talk back with a MISERABLE DESPICABLE attitude !

She clearly HATES her job, but that’s not my problem! Just get another job!!! Rude animal!

That’s the problem of the employer : choose better! DO BETTER! Just know the people at your shop hate their job and talk poorly and rudely to your customers.

Absolutely worse place with the worst personal ! If you want to enjoy the quality of the ice cream, just choose other locations ( they have plenty all over the town) where the people are nicer and they don’t “cheat” the pints!!!!!

I’m so happy this new Bacio di Latte location opened on 3rd Street. The gelato here is absolutely top quality — so rich, creamy, and authentic, it feels like a little trip to Italy in every bite. But what really makes this location stand out is the incredible team behind the counter.

Amazing gelato! My favorite in Los Angeles and it has good competition! Tons of flavors. Great service! Meter parking and free parking in rear available!

This location has a decent sized dining area unlike the Larchmont location but it has the same great service and gelato. My only complaint is that both locations don’t have plain hazelnut gelato currently. The Crema Torino isn’t pure hazelnut for example. Still the flavors are...
