I recently had the pleasure of experiencing one of the finest gyms in town, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share my glowing review. This gym exudes cleanliness, cool vibes, and an atmosphere that's simply hard to beat.
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a sense of cleanliness that sets the tone for your entire workout. The equipment is immaculate, and the heavy barbell lifting section is a dream come true for anyone serious about strength training. I've never seen such well-maintained weights and machines.
What truly sets this gym apart is its artistic vibe, thanks to the captivating murals adorning the walls. These masterpieces provide the perfect backdrop for an energizing workout. It's like exercising in an art gallery, and it adds a unique touch to the overall experience.
The coaches here are a cut above the rest. Their expertise is evident, and they're always eager to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, their guidance and knowledge are invaluable.
One standout feature is the in-house physical therapy service. It's a game-changer for those who want to address any nagging injuries or muscle imbalances. Plus, the availability of clean towels adds that extra touch of luxury.
In summary, this gym is a hidden gem for fitness enthusiasts. It seamlessly combines cleanliness, cool vibes, and a supportive crowd with top-notch equipment, artistic ambiance, and knowledgeable coaches. The in-house physical therapy service is the icing on the cake. If you're serious about your fitness journey, this gym is an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been working out at ESTLR since April 2023 and it has been really life-changing. I had previously been doing some weight training on my own but was struggling to stick with any sort of exercise/movement routine longer-term. My therapist was actually the person that suggested I try some sort of group fitness classes. Before coming to ESTLR, the only crossfit experience I had was a single class about ten years prior. They are great about warming people up for class, providing a lot of scaling options for all ability levels, demonstrating all the movements and providing individualized feedback. The coaches are all very solid. In addition to the normal daily workouts, Luis teaches twice weekly āweightlifting for crossfitā classes that cover more detailed technique for the olympic lifts utilized in crossfit (the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch) which have been super helpful.
I have never been really āintoā fitness, but after going 3-5x a week for the last 18+ months, I can safely say this is the best shape I have ever been in, and I think more crucially, itās the first time I have ever enjoyed any sort of exercise/movement or felt remotely athletic. The community at the gym is welcoming, humorous, and supportive, and itās very LGBTQ+ friendly. Even as a total beginner I felt very encouraged not just by the coaches, but by the other people in the classes, and am excited that I continue to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice people workout here. Weightlifting and crossfit equipments are plenty and facility conditions are ok. But read your contracts carefully and treat every transaction like a serious business dealing regardless of how much time you spent here. Being meek, agreeable, or expecting personalized services can (repeatedly) incur financial consequences.
Edit after reply: I do not mean to object to any contracts I signed up. Other gyms employ such policies. However, as an old member staying for years through a few ups and downs of this place, I do feel entitled to a bit more friendly reminders on changes of terms when they applies to me (i.e. I do not recall any mention of the cancellation policies except buried inside the contract, which of course I should've read, when I asked to change my plans). Similar misunderstandings had happened before, and those times I backed down (as is this time except this feedback) because the specific situations were reasonable from the gym's perspective. However, such occurrences without much leeway do not make me feel like a valued member of the community.
(besides, shouldn't the proper business response to a request of cancellation at a date specifically showing my ignorance of the policy be "That cannot be done because your contract would not allow it. Earliest possible date is ..." instead of...
