Natural Nail & Spa — Local services in Los Angeles

I have not found a nail salon that is as efficient as Natural Nails.

I have exclusively been going to Nancy for my Gel X for years, and trust all the staff for my pedicure.

The nail salon is very clean, newly remodeled, has a parking lot with valet in case of overfill, and the techs are very very very efficient.

I always say, your appointment at a Doctor's office may be at 10 AM but you never see the doctor at that time. I know sometimes the waiting game may happen but it's almost never the salon's fault, and anytime I've had to wait (no more than 10 minutes), someone has started some part of my process (whether acetone or handing me a color or design to choose). They do not try to upsell you or lie to you about needing callus remover - in fact, they'll tell you what you need and what you don't, so you know you can trust they're being honest.

The staff is very social but can tell if you're tired and will leave you alone. The colors are not old and being overused (my biggest pet peeve, and 90% of other nail salons I've been to will use every last horrible drop instead of using a new bottle).

i am beyond disappointed with myself for actually paying ($115 + tip) for the horrible service provided. both ladies that did my mani and pedi were nice and the customer service was great, but for what they charge it was definitely not worth it. the lady that did my mani kept pressuring me to try different more expensive add ons, she said she was going to apply a clear coat for protection which was fine and then did a whole dip! i’m too shy to say anything, but it is definitely not what i wanted. she also cut the side of my cuticle, which made me bleed and was just rushing at everything. they definitely care more about getting people in and out than the quality. the lady that did my pedicure didn’t even clean underneath my nails and i paid to get a scrub and massage and the “massage” was just her putting lotion on my legs! i was in and out of that chair in less than 40 minutes and they charged me $50 for the mani & $65 for my pedicure. i’ve attached pictures to show how screwed up my manicure is. 0/10 do NOT recommend. spend your hard earned...

I am here at this salon for my 11:00 appointment for a Manicure and pedicure, early as I am a prompt person. Now sitting here with cold water in the tub at 11:15 waiting as a walk in came in with a broken nail. Call me crazy but doesn’t an appointment mean just that? I am about to walk out as now three other patrons walked in with yes an 11:00 appointment and most definitely not enough manicurists. Ben answered the phone yesterday and 3 times put me on hold and 3 times asked what services I needed I said the fourth time a manicure and pedicure I finally said it’s enough are you or not going to take down my appointment? Red flag? Absolutely!!! She started my nails to up and paint another patrons nails, can’t make this up!!! Whatever happened to customer service? Very sad commentary as I hardly do self care and now beginning to understand why, self care to be treated so rudely is not my definition of self care… Hope this review helps those who take home for themselves to know where not to go for...
