DECEPTIVE WITH FINAL SALE ITEMS. RUDE STAFF.

Was just treated like absolute dirt by Amanda the manager. I was sold a skirt and not verbally informed it was final sale. When I came in 3 days later to return it I was denied. The sales girl was so sweet but when I asked to speak to a manager , Amanda came out with so much attitude , it was actually uncomfortable to watch her speak. There is no clothing store (high end or low end) that treats people this poorly , and I shop too much so I am in these environments weekly. This was the worst of the worst and I will never spend my money here again .

Amanda was nasty , condescending and classless. She shouldn't be running a store. In fact the store was empty so I imagine they won't be in business much longer. She told me the return policy is on the counter- it's a placard with fine print. Who reads off that when shopping in stores ? In Any other store I've been verbally informed before I make the purchase. It's shady...

What a horrible experience! Last week I bought a top with 20% off discount, the sales did not tell me sale item are not refundable. I went home and found out the security tag was still on! I live far away from the shop, so I had to Uber back to the store after one week and it cost me $30!!!!!!

The SA( chubby, with glasses, Asian) was super rude when I told her the security tag is still on, did not even say sorry, bitxxx I had to come all the way just because your unprofessional service, if you did not know how to work, the don’t ! Then I told her I want to refund the top because I don’t like it anymore, she said :” oh sale items are not refundable.” Honestly you should tell your customers at the spot, and the website clearly stated all items are refundable within 30 days in original conditions with receipt.

I had a very disappointing experience with this brand. My order arrived with the earrings missing, even though the package was completely undamaged, meaning they were never included to begin with. When I reached out, customer service dismissed my concerns and tried to deflect blame instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. The lack of accountability and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this store again, and I’d recommend others avoid it as well.
