Ralph Lauren — Local services in Los Angeles

The customer service that I received when trying to return a sweater to this store was outstandingly horrible. I bought the sweater from the store 2 days prior and the service was great with Carrier. However this time, I was treated with utter disrespect by a different sale associate. The woman who was processing my returned walked around the store back and forth 3 times sniffing my item in front of us, and even walked up to another sales associate asking them to sniff it while we were in front of them. Granted I never took the tag off and only tried it on but I guess some of my cologne had rubbed off on it leaving a smell. I understand that she was doing her job to make sure it was not tampered with but doing it in front of me was just outright unprofessional. Needed a tux last minute for a wedding and rather than rent one I decided to grow up and finally buy something nice for myself. Was hesitant to go to this store based on some previous reviews so just stopped by to have a quick look… I ended up chatting with Salma and she was absolutely amazing! She showed me some great stuff and was never pushy, she went above and beyond to get my size sent over from another store out of state in time for my event. When the tux came in she had my wife and toddler come into the big fancy dressing room for what felt like a whole “say yes to the dress” kinda thing.
