As one can see by side-by-side photos, 2 sets of sneakers were returned from "cleaning," with the colors horribly altered and the fabrics completely distressed.

These were new sneakers, only a couple of months old (I have the receipt), and worn only a few times each.

I wanted to keep them in pristine condition which is why I gave them in to the highly reputable Shoeber.

The sneakers are now ruined; they look ten years older and like they've been through hell.

I've reasonably asked for a refund of the cleaning fees in addition to the cost of the sneaker replacements I purchased as a result of the damage.

So far I have heard nothing back. My next step is small claims court....

Honest and professional service. Took in 4 pairs of shoes to get bottom soles and heel tips replaced. Dropped off shoes on Friday evening and they were ready by Tuesday afternoon. I also love that they offer FREE pick up and drop off service at your home.

Price of sole repair for a pair of heels was $49.95 and heel tip repair was $19.95. Price of heel repair for a pair of strap sandals was $24.95 as they replaced it with rubber tip.

They are located on first level of Beverly Connection, right next to Old Navy. Parking is $1 per hour but if you buy something from Target, they will validate up to one...
