Stacy Lash and Skin — Local services in Los Angeles

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I rarely make complaints but Stacy Lash is outright a scam. I found them through Groupon and tried to make an appointment for eyelash extensions but realized the Groupon could only be used Tuesday - Thursday. Not a problem. They said I couldn’t use it the first time but I could use it on another appointment with them. I agreed to that and got eyelash extensions. One side ended up being longer than the other but the girl that applied them was sweet and I had an unused Groupon so I tried again. I went again and when I tried to use the Groupon they said they only accept a limited number of Groupons a week so I couldn’t use it, but they said again that I could use it on another visit. I paid full price once again. I made a follow up appointment and tried to use the Groupon yet again but they said it was for new clients only and therefore I couldn’t use it. When I confronted them about it they were extremely rude and acted like I did something wrong. Seems like they will do whatever it takes to make a lil extra money vs. being honest business owners that value clients. I have no respect for people that do not honor their commitments. Save yourself time, money, and frustration..stay away...

I’m a local in the area and came to Stacy as I wanted to start getting monthly facials and really looking after my skin. I was overwhelmed with glee after my first session and KNEW I had stumbled upon a gem in the area. Not only are the prices fantastic, Stacy is so considerate, skilled and doesn’t miss a single detail. She spent so much time making sure every inch of my skin had been accounted for. She also waxed, shaped and tinted my eyebrows to perfection and I actually feel like I have eyebrows now after years of feeling like they were a thin, messy lost cause! They are truly wonderful here and I can’t recommend...

Wow!!! Just got my lashes done for the 3rd time and it’s been amazing with Stacy’s lashes!! They did a wonderful job and it lashes long time. I’m loving it. The employees are so nice and sweet. Highly recommended the place. 😃😃😃💎🛸💎💛💛💛💛😄⚜️⚜️⚜️❤️❤️
