this store is my store to go..let me tell you of an experience i had that started a few days. i went to the store as usual with a request to print something and from my i think you call it a hard drive - its a big thing - not like those stick looking gadgets. i left it there because getting there at 8 am and - lily the asso who helped me out was not as accommodating like how i'm use to the other associates. I was told to do these, go there and was amazed at how much it cost me for her to edit my stuff, she could just have gone to the open computer that i was using and teach me from there - it was just a matter of fonts that i needed to do for a sign. . i ended up leaving my hard drive - passport as how i call it. I was a little overwhelmed at that point but still managed to figure things out after paying more than $20 since I had to figure it our myself.
Well the reason I'm writing this comment - i came back to the store and the moment she saw me she knew who I was since she addressed me by name and when i asked for what i left behind - ohh - i left it on the counter..that's it ...that's the cold answer i got from her and the other associate called for help to see maybe it was kept in the safe. all the time - lily never bothered with looking for it - maybe the occastional - let me try - since the other asso was trying her best - she just kept on the computer which was really very rude and unprofessional. I later walked to ask the help of team supervisor then who actually when he started to look for it on the desk, the drawer - he found it...still that cold help reception from lily. Lily needs to undergo more customer training and sensitivity. Staples is service oriented store and associates like lily should have not made me feel - like i was bothering her and not her concern if its found or not - when she said "Ohh i left it on the counter...this is really bad customer service. Ā Ā Ā Read morei came for passport photo printing. I had my own photo and i prepared sizing and everything. There was Asian lady. When i told her i wanted to print my own passport photo and i showed to her, she told me 'just do photo service here for 14 sth dollars'. I told her again, then she told me send it to email. She was so harsh. I sent to their email and waited for her to come to me. I even called her. But she was ignoring me several times and taking other customers. She was talking and greeting to the younger guys š saying Hi, hun, how can i help u? And one of the guy told her he wanted to print his own passport photo and she was really nice omg. She told him " i can help you, hun. How many do u want, can you send that to this email, if u have question, ask from me' and she was laughing and being sooo nice. Omfg, she was like this to several guys. š¤¦š»āāļø i am really shocked that how she treated me. I am the nicest person ever when communicating others. I am also Asian too lol. Then i talked to other girl, that girl helped me with printing. She was much more faster. But the photo turned out really dark. My original photo's exposure, brightness is really good. I told her about that, and she told me they have bad printer. I guess, all the printing employees don't know anything about customer serviceš¤·š»āāļøafter that, i went to usps and they told me they can't use that photo. They checked my photo on my phone, and said it was okay. It's too dark printed, because this place printed incorrect. I lost my time and money at this staples location. I would never come here again and recommend for...

All the employees who have helped me in the printing department are always nice. I want to give a special thanks/shoutout to Heidy (hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly). Heidy was amazing when I needed a booklet printed in full-bleed. She communicated with me in a friendly manner, and when I completed my order online, she still reached out to me to let me know that certain things couldn't be done. She guided me through the process to get just what I wanted. On my end, I was having trouble with my files and whatnot, so I had to print as is. Heidy reached out once more to double-check that I was okay with the way the print would look. I can tell she really cares about her job and wants to make sure that customers are satisfied. Her patience and kindness are felt even on the phone. The day I went to pick up my order, another girl helped me out, and she was also nice. Heidy was also there and asked if all was good with my order, and let me know they could help me with any other projects in the future. Overall, my experience with this location and the staff has been great, and I will continue to come here for any future projects. Heidy...
