Some might say that the sandwich is a high floor, low ceiling lunch option. In finance terms, it’d be nothing like an option. It’s more like a blue chip stock. Brothers Freshwich doesn’t deviate from that. It doesn’t blow away expectations but it meets them so solidly that you have to commend them. It has comparable prices to fast food and arguably comes faster. Good selection and combos of ingredients in their sandwiches too. Also the guys who work their aren’t fake nice like at a lot of places. They joked about who deserved to cut work early vs. who should close. I like the Ktown sandwiches, but last time they forgot my potato salad side and I mentioned it this time and they just asked if I wanted to buy another. Just make sure to always print out your receipt, or you’ll be out of money like I am. Staff also ignored me even though I was the only person in the store until I stood right next to the cash register ( I was already in front of it for a while before, but I guess the three staff people didn’t think that meant ready enough ). Best sandwiches in town. Bread is amazing. Everything is boars head. The egg salad is made super fresh there some fun specialty sandwiches. My favorites are the California because it is amazing wasabi coleslaw and avocado. The prosciutto with buffalo mozzarella and balsamic rocks.
