My experience at this place was awful. While I do have to say the venue was well built with nice lighting, the valet was very helpful, and the place had 3 different bars that were well staffed, the bouncers and security personnel were atrocious.

I went for the first time the other night and what I saw made me never want to return.

Specifically, one of their patrons ended up getting overly intoxicated and was passed out outside the entrance. Some passersby tried to render aid and make sure the person was ok. While they were trying to render aid, one of the bouncers came by and said "He is not your problem, just leave him" and "you guys are better people than me, I would just leave him" and "oh well if he dies". Then, the bouncer proceeded to simply watch over the area and render absolutely no aid or call for any help. He behavior was simply atrocious and really painted a bad light for this venue. When some of the passersby confronted him about his behavior, he just left and hid inside. The simple lack of professionalism was astonishing and I would say to anyone thinking of attending this venue to steer clear. These guys have such power trips.

In addition to the absolute lack of due care exercised by these bouncers, they also barely checked ID upon entrance. They specifically checked mine but only did so briefly and I saw about 3 people slide past me when I was getting mine checked.

Overall, just absolutely terrible security at this establishment! I will never be returning and I highly recommend just going somewhere else. The club is fine but not worth the hassle of...

I bought tickets to the concert. When purchasing tickets on the website, the Battle Request service was indicated. At the entrance you were asked to provide your ID and credit card. When we were seated at the table, we were told that we needed to purchase 2 bottles of alcohol. The minimum price for a bottle of vodka was 450 dollars, the maximum was 2000. And they did not give us the ID until we signed that we would buy at least one bottle from them. the price for champagne on the menu was listed at $500. but the bill came for $670. The sunset room have very lousy security procedures. There is a small corridor that leads to another club and we were told by security that the restroom is in that area. Thinking that it was part of the same venue, we went over but found out it was a completely different club and as we went back, the security guard told us we needed to go back to the front of the security. Once we went back, the security lady scanned our tickets and asked us when we first arrived, when she said our time of arrival was incorrect she refused to let us in.
