We had a great breakfast and experience on Sunday morning. Located in Hollywood, the area can get quite busy, but it’s nice to start the day in a busy part of town. Parking can be a bit tricky because they don’t have a parking lot so it’ll be metered street parking. It’s located on the bottom floor of a high-rise office building and has many outdoor and indoor seating options, however we chose to sit inside at the counter due to weather. Our server Ian was very prompt and did a great job as well. They specialize in waffles obviously, but also have many of the classics. They don’t have my favorite breakfast dish: Eggs Benedict, but they still have a lot of great options. We both ordered the Waffle Breakfast, which comes with a side waffle. We chose the blueberry compote and the red velvet waffle and both were fantastic. I was not a fan of their hash browns due to the seasoning on them and how thick they were, but all the other items were great. Overall a great breakfast with fair pricing and fast service. As a fan of waffles it was great to see how many options they have to choose from. I will definitely be back in the near future.

I haven't been here in almost 10 years, and the food is still mediocre. I plan on not coming back here ever again. We ordered a Florentine scramble, waffle breakfast, and hash browns with mushrooms and bacon. Our food came out lukewarm, with the exception of my sister's veggie sausage, which felt like it came straight out of the refrigerator. The waitress put in another order, and it came out hot this time. Our potatoes, both hashed and country-style, were burnt and hard to chew. Their original waffle wasn't spectacular, and the hot chocolate tasted like warm milk. The only items that tasted decent were the veggie patties (once heated), and the sourdough bread, both of which are NOT made in-house. And the butter on the table, which are individually packaged, is gross. It looks like they just place unused packages in the fridge, but leaving it out all day makes the oil separate. Once refrigerated again, the oils stay separated. So opening a package of butter looked like it was spoiled. The only pros are that they're open late, allow dogs outside, and our waitress, Mel, was very friendly. I blame this meal on whoever is managing the kitchen. It's sad that the food hasn't improved in 10 years. I don't recommend this place, especially since there's usually a long wait to get a table in the morning.

Got waffle brrakfast that is the eggs and protein plus order of waffles. Upgraded to the banana foster waffles with the vanilla ice cream. SO good. The drink was the rhubarb-honey mimosa. It was decent. Not too sweet. I got there around 10ish and there was a long line. I read some of the comments and realized you order at the door then pay inside THEN are seated. So I ordered 2 drinks from the beginning. LoL. The other person I was with ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and everything else was identical. I made the mistake and ordered the "exact same" except for eggs over easy and ended up with over easy eggs with a cheese slice on the top as the picture shows. I asked for regular over easy eggs and I had to ask for them twice. I chalk that up to being a miscommunication. Everyone seemed to be having a good time so of course, customer service was great. Smiling faces, joking, and just overall great feeling. Really enjoyed the vibe and we plan on going back to try some of the other delicious looking plates we saw come out.

We waited in line for about an hour and half to be seated...We parked in a garage on the side because we didn't want to park in the street. Metered maids in Hollywood are ruthless. The first 90 mins are two dollars with waffle house validation stamp. After a long draining wait in the sun for food, a host will take your order, then charge you upfront for your order. There is a sign that says they charge an additional 10% for staff, OK, thought times? After you're charged, you will be seated outside where the umbrellas offer partial shade and are not adjustable... I ordered the waffle breakfast which includes a half waffle, your choice of eggs, choice of meat (or vegan option), also hash browns or something else...don't remember. The pecan waffle with strawberries was soooo good. Their waffles are on point. Their orange juice was alright. We ended up finishing around 11:30am, parking ended up being five bucks. The host apologized for the long wait, thank you.

Wow. Just wow. This place by far has the best breakfast I’ve had here in LA. It was that good. First-The location is right off sunset and vine. It’s at the bottom of a business complex. Not hard to miss. It has an awesome vibe to it. It has alot of outdoor seating and decent inside seating as well as a diner bar. The music is good and the service is even better. It’s not your traditional service style, everyone works together so they have a 12% gratuity charge. But still prices aren’t bad. Second-The food was out of this world good. It was perfect. I got the breakfast combo. So I got 1/2 a waffle with syrup, two over east eggs (however you want them) 3 perfectly cooked strips of turkey bacon and country potatoes with a really good cup of coffee and it was everything I needed. It was about $25 with the gratuity charge but for what you get when the meal is only $15 is so worth it. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Definitely go!

Fantastic brunch spot with amazing waffles - they have a gluten free and vegan option as well! The parking situation is meters on the street; my friend and I went on a Saturday early afternoon (around 2 PM) and there was plenty of metered parking. The establishment is located next to a bank tower so it’s a bit subtle but has yellow umbrellas outside. There’s a lot of outdoor and indoor seating. The service was good - pretty standard and typical, portion sizes are good too. I got the waffle breakfast which comes with your choice of half or full waffle, (there are so many flavors of waffles to choose from, a protein meat, side, and choice of eggs. It was a satisfying meal overall and I also had the pineapple juice which was good. Overall a great place to brunch, it is a bit pricey - $20-30 per meal but it is LA so it makes sense. Would definitely come back here for the waffles!
