Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Terrible service. The girl working the counter was busy when we came in. No problem, it happens. While waiting for her to finish, we were all discussing which donuts we wanted. She appeared to be listening and paying attention to what we were confirming with each other, which I thought was wonderful. Multitasking. Apparently she was just smiling because of my husband. He is waaay better looking than me, and I do not have low self esteem, I’m just realistic. He did all the ordering, as he usually does. Every single time I said anything, she looked at me like I was being ridiculous and gave me whatever donuts she wanted instead of the ones I pointed to and asked for. It was literally just 3 choices out of the entire box. The rest were for my husband and our son. She acted like she was serving her own husband and son, instead of total strangers who are customers, and the blatant flirting right in front of my face was absurd. We don’t get Yum-Yum very often. Usually Kracky Kreme. This place has seen us for the last time EVER. What kind of thirsty b-word acts like this??? I know it’s not going to hurt their business because we really don’t go there very often. The dry and moldy tasting donuts we brought home also helped us finalize our decision. They fell apart into crumbs when we picked them up to eat them. What a waste. I just hope the owner sees this and is aware of the terrible service. Btw, the beautiful donuts depicted in the wonderful pictures here are NEVER there when we come in. Only the same tired boring choices they...

I needed to feed 10 hungry employees at a reasonable cost for a meeting I was hosting at my place of business 🙃 I called yesterday to ask if I should place the order the day of since they're opened 24 hrs/7. The representative suggested doing it before time. I placed my order yesterday. The rep seemed confused with certain items, so i decided I would call this morning 30 minutes before picking up my order to make sure everything was ok. (Talk about trust issues) 🤣 The representative assured me that the order was being worked on. I got there exactly at the time I was promised the order was going to be ready. I was welcomed with smiles, warmth & those hello's my central Americans salute you with. EVERYTHING was ready, packed, warm, utensils, salsas, EVERYTHING 🤩 winning already My employees were surprisingly amazed by the quality, quantity, and taste. They made this whole experience with LOVE...

Awful customer service!

I was in the shopping center, And it was terribly hot outside.I already had a cup but I just needed some ice. I walked in and asked for ice immediately.The lady from the back yellows over the lady that is greeting me and yells "ice cups one dollar!" Aggressively. I quickly explain that I had a couple already and I only need a little bit of ice. With an attitude said, "one dollar, for the ice, too." She seemed to have no humanity, unkind and cold. Obviously, I will not be returning to this location. Sad how customer service has gotten. The Hispanic restaurant across the way was so kind, gave me ice quickly. I'll be returning there to purchase.

Food: douggnuts, looked like it had been sitting out for a while.
