They are always thinking two steps ahead and guiding you through the intricacies, both planned and unplanned, of buying and selling your home.

After a long home search on my own, I was lucky enough to meet Michael at an open house he was selling. His warm, inviting demeanor coupled with his deep knowledge of the Westchester neighborhood gave me the confidence that he could help me navigate finding the right home.

Jamie and Michael build relationships with their clients, vendors and community and the only reason I found my home was because of their relationships. They learned about my now home as it was falling out of escrow and within 24 hours I was able to view the property and put in an offer. Being able to place an offer before the home went back on the market was critical for me and took the crazy bidding war out of the picture. For this I was grateful!

Beyond being my realtors, they were the project managers of my home renovation. They led a 6+ month renovation that included: managing the contractor and his team, securing industry pricing for materials (including windows, exterior doors and home appliances!) and recommending vendors for the best quality hardwood floors, tiles, plaster, custom cabinetry and more. There is no way the renovation would have turned out as beautiful, and as quickly as it did, without their project management.

Next came selling my condo. They guided me through pricing the condo and the timing to list in order to capitalize on buyers’ interests, hired the VERY BEST photographer to capture the space and coordinated and managed all the little things that needed to be addressed before going on market.

I couldn’t have dreamt of a better outcome! We received multiple offers within 5 days of going on the market, 2 offers over asking and ultimately set a sales record for my building!

Michael & Jamie were absolutely incredible in helping my wife and I buy our first home. The market was incredibly hard to navigate and they were able to guide us through the home buying process. They were always cool, calm and collected and helped open doors to homes and areas that we didn’t even know existed! What I liked most about working with them was that they made the entire process incredibly personal and were always available to talk, bounce ideas off of and keep us grounded when things got stressful. There are so many slimey real estate agents in the LA market and to have two that were humble and truly looking out for YOUR best interests was so reassuring. There were a couple houses we put offers (and counteroffers) on that they made sure we didn’t overpay or stretch ourselves too thin, and I’m so grateful they did because Michael and Jamie helped guide us to a home squarely in our budget that we absolutely adore.

They showed us houses ALL OVER LA - from the valley, to Orange County to South Bay and Culver City… they knew all the areas intimately. This is not a real estate agency that only specializes in one area. They easily navigated and knew about any neighborhood we wanted to look into.

While we will miss the early morning and late night texts about houses we saw on Redfin, we are excited to continue working with them as we look to update and renovate our home before moving in!!

My husband and I first met Jamie casually at an open house. We had already been to many open houses & had met quite a few potential agents, but none that we felt were the right fit for us. As soon as we chatted with Jamie, we instantly felt a strong connection & soon after meeting Michael we were certain Three Lions were the agents for us!

Jamie & Michael were both extraordinarily calm, patient & responsive with us being completely new to the process.
