This place has gone downhill in recent years. They have a coffee machine that serves Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate but last time I was there it didn't work. When I asked the attendant to fix it he just gave the container a couple whacks and that was it. It dispensed the liquid but the mix was off and tasted horrible. I didn't have time to argue or I would have missed my train. The least all those guys standing around watching if you you're going to steal something can do is check the machines periodically. All of the snacks placed around and above the heat exhaust of the freezer at the back of the room have become spoiled. I was told that Quality Control takes care of that.... Whenever their shift is... They need to move that freezer and reorganize the store. You cannot place Raw Food snacks in an area thats above 80 degrees 24-7.... They also are trying to sell old stale cupcakes by placing them in front of the cash register. The store needs a major update to what items they sell and what they try to sell.
