This place needs better instructions or signs because I sat in the waiting room for an hour after arriving early and was somehow marked as a no show even though I followed the instructions they posted at the desk. They have a check-in code to scan at the front desk and I went up and scanned it which the receptionist said she saw. The forms were ones I already filled out in advance and it said no further action needed if you filled them out in early and to go to the desk to continue checking in if you did not. Another sign at the front also said to come to the front desk if something had changed in your forms. Maybe it’s because I am autistic but I took those messages very literally and assumed since they had seen me sitting there for an hour and that I scanned in the check in code that they knew I was there for my appointment. I had also checked in downstairs and got a name sticker. Nobody ever called my name out once and I didn’t get any additional notifications so I went up and asked what was going on because the lady at the desk hadn’t been there for awhile. She came back and said I was marked as a no show and that the doctor was booked. Turns out I wasn’t even seeing a sleep specialist like I thought I was referred to and was seeing a NP so I decided not to even reschedule. I legit wasted 3 hours driving to this crazy hospital and dealing with the annoying parking garage to not have my appointment. So irritating!!!!?? At least they said I wouldn’t...

We were a bit nervous based on these reviews we read last minute/day but don’t be. The room notes below, might help manage expectations. All working there were super kind and helpful.
Parking & Entry— Once you get close, follow the directions with photos they sent via email (not the GPS). Once in the garage, you’re there. Read the signs. Get buzzed in
Room: It’s not a hotel-quality stay. This is a hospital bed/room setup. It’s quiet. There aren’t windows, because it’s in a basement. No outdoor city noise. Tip: Bring a pillow and blanket from home to be more comfortable. If you are going with a minor/child, you will sleep in the same room in another hospital bed (so bring your own pillow, too). There is a TV. You’re allowed a phone, but they want 7 hours of sleep and wake you up between 5:30 - 6AM, so, lights out by 10 PM suggested. (She noted via intercom to please begin to shut down/go to sleep.)
Our nurse, Joy, who did the wire attachments and watched the monitors overnight said If you need anything just talk, and she will come in. Didn’t need to. It goes quickly. But it’s a hospital-like environment and you’re wired, so it’s not the world’s most comfortable night. But that’s the set-up. It was...
Read moreSCAM?? Did a sleep study and found out I have sleep apnea. Dr. Kang said I would be contacted about a C-pap machine. No one ever contacted me. When I call they say they'll have someone contact me, and then no one does. This has been going on for 15 months, since Dec 2022. I am truly concerned they are not a legitimate business. Either way, I am currently looking into legal action, as at this point they have certainly harmed my health, which is against the Hippocratic oath Dr. Kang supposedly took.
Update: I was just contacted by one of Dr. Kang's assistants, but they were talking too fast and when I asked them to slow down and explain things, they started yelling to talk over me, and then hung up on me. So, now I am on an eternal hold with them. This is AFTER 15 months of neglect. Not good, Dr. Kang. Fire your team, they are rude, awful people who are interested in neglect, and NOT your patient's health the way you are. They are ruining your reputation, with neglect, rudeness and hanging up on patients, simple as that. Get a GRIP.
Update: While on-hold, instead playing normal hold music, it seems to 'glitch out' and play the same 3 seconds of music over and over again. Why? Because they're trying to get people to hang up so they can deny care. My lawyer finger is...
