There is a public parking lot on E Temple St across from LA ACC Veteran’s Affairs. It’s 9 dlls flat rate and a short walk to the USCIS building.
If you have an appointment, arrive around an hour early. You will have to get in line to get into the building. At 7 am there were about 50-75 people in that line and it was moving very slowly. Then an officer came and created a second line with those that had appointments and took us to a different entrance where we entered pretty quickly. However, it’s pretty unpredictable so I would suggest getting there an hour before your appointment time.
Once inside you go through security and then can take the elevators to your floor and find your room. Overall officers were kind and helpful. Once in your room, officers didn’t seem too strict about the appointment time. I arrived at my final destination inside the building 20 minutes after my appointment time (due to the long line outside) and I was still seen. No one mentioned that I was late or that it was a problem. Regardless, get here early so you’re not stressed....

Besides all that, the lines were short, the interview was painless (unless you have a lot of explaining to do in your life) and the ceremony straight to the point. Really streamlined. Great experience.
For parking, just use the El Pueblo lot across from the Chinese American Museum. It's cheap, gated and just a quick 5 minute walk

They don't want to transfer you to a live agent, they want to provide you with general information on your question via an automated answering service; the machine clearly tells you, "if you keep asking for customer service agent, I will have to end the call"... not worth my call, or your time. Unfortunately, an agency that many depend on has once again let the people down. When USCIS requires of your attention, you better pay attention, but when you as an individual requires assistance, attention, how ever urgent it may be, it doesn't matter; there are great consequences if the people don't listen to USCIS, but there is no consequence if USCIS ignores a Tax payer,...
