If Cory the building manager is there, beware. He will look under your door, watch you as you throw trash out in the garbage chute, and talk condescendingly to you. He protected a psycho tenant who screamed all day and night at her family, and walked to my door to verbally berate me. I tried to complain to his boss, Paris Allen, and my complaints were completely dismissed. Stay away from these employees with their inflated egos and lack of professionalism.

I lived here for nearly four years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Westwood, Sawtelle, Brentwood, Culver City, and Santa Monica. Whether you're looking for dining, shopping, or entertainment, everything is just a short drive away. Neighborhood is also very safe. The property itself offers fantastic amenities, including a dog park and basketball/tennis courts right outside—perfect for staying active or enjoying a leisurely day outdoors.

The maintenance team is always prompt and reliable, ensuring that any issues are quickly addressed. Cory (apartment manager) is a standout—extremely resourceful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
