My recent visit to Dr. Fouladian's office for an eye exam was nothing short of outstanding. After a lackluster experience at Warby Parker, I decided to seek out Dr. Fouladian's expertise, and it turned out to be a decision I won't regret.
From the moment I stepped into his office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff efficiently guided me through the process, ensuring that everything went seamlessly.
Dr. Fouladian's approach to the eye exam was truly exemplary. He demonstrated a level of thoroughness and attention to detail that sets him apart. Unlike my previous experience, he invested the time necessary to thoroughly assess my eyes, ensuring the most accurate prescription possible. It was evident that he genuinely cares about his patients' eye health and well-being.
Beyond his exceptional eye care, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of glasses options available. Dr. Fouladian offers a well-curated selection, catering to both affordable and luxury preferences. With his guidance, I found a pair that not only matched my style but also fell within my insurance coverage, making the entire process both enjoyable and cost-effective.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fouladian to anyone seeking top-notch eye care. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine dedication to his patients are truly commendable. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to his practice for my future eye care needs.
Thank you, Dr. Fouladian, for providing such an exceptional experience and for your unwavering commitment to your...
Read moreUpdated Review 4 Star : After my initial negative comments, the doctor was quick to contact my wife regarding her visit and apologized for any miscommunication there may have been and also offered a refund for the imaging which was a great gesture on part of the doctor. Speaks very well of their customer service, it is for this reason I gave this a 4 Star updated Review. I will also keep coming to this optometrist but will just be more aware regarding pricing.
Original Review 1 Star : BE ALERT, they are very deceptive and sneaky with their pricing. The comprehensive eye exam with no imaging is advertised as $59 on their website but they will say that imaging is required and try to upsell that to you hard, so in the end you'll pay $100. I had to be adamant about wanting just the exam or I'd go elsewhere and in the end they ended up "waiving" the imaging for me. However my wife just came in for a comprehensive eye exam with no imaging for $59, to which she was sure to show the $59 price to the receptionist before anything was done. In the end she was charged $100 with the imaging, even though my wife made sure to point out the promotional price on their own website. My wife is very shy and not confrontational so she paid it just to get it over with. But if you come in for a $59 service, just make sure you're paying $59....
Read moreSave your eye health and valuable time—do not give your business to Westwood Eye Center.
Westwood Eye Center lacks the qualifications and resources, such as experienced doctors and lab technicians. By going there, you are risking your eye health. Practices like theirs shouldn't be operating.
It took them over six months to attempt making 3 pair of progressive glasses for me. They barely followed up with me. I had to call them always for an update. After multiple failed attempts and numerous complaints, they finally agreed to cancel the order. ridiculously, they tried to charge me half the price for unusable glasses. Absolutely not! I had to raise my voice to get a full refund, but they still took my insurance.
I then took my order to LensCrafters, but they also failed to make the correct progressive glasses. It disnt seam to be normal so Finally, I went to Target Eye Center in Culver City. After losing my prescription, I asked for another eye exam. Target had all the latest machines, and my doctor spent 30 minutes examining my eyes and discussing my needs. I received my new glasses after the1st try. it turned out that even my original prescription from Westwood Eye Center was wrong. Target Eye Center also gave me a 50% discount on my second pair of glasses and frames after I spent $100
This was an honest review Thanks...
