Food Market & South Floyd Tbcc — Local services in Louisville

I used to love this store. Now, I can't stand it. You enter and, these days, there's NOTHING that anybody wants to buy in there. They can't keep anything worthwhile in stock. There's always some sob story as to why, too. At this point, they should just close up shop and move on. If you're not going to make painstaking efforts to keep the items your customer base would want in stock, you're wasting time, money, energy and effort. They know what we customers want, but for whatever reason they refuse to get those items. It seems they want to play the role of Kroger when people just want it to be a convenient store. Nobody's looking to buy their monthly groceries there, they want convenience items: soft drinks, tobacco, etc. Nope. That's a bit too hard for this crowd, apparently. Keep ignoring what we want and we WILL stop coming by to see if you have had a change of heart. We'll use our wallets elsewhere and bankrupt you out of the neighborhood if you can't...

Mr. Zee is just the best and more than you could ask for as a small buisiness owner and so so very friendly and always has a real concern for his customers who are regulars or newcomers and i always make it a must stop just to get the friendly vibe and excellent everything without the local price hike from other small neighborhood stores in the area and that's a must you just don't find anywhere anymore with rush rush rush places that are only in a hurry getting you in and out these Days and that rude vibe in those places and don't get any better prices from the same type of store so make it a must stop place when in Portland and liquor store across the street that's open til the late late hours so hey all in one stop if it's early enough but u can not help but love some Mr. Zee so stop in and say hey he's worth whatever it...

Neat little store. It’s part food mart, part thrift store cause they sell clothes and shoes. I got a cute pair of boots for the winter there yesterday. The main though is the little lady that runs the place. She is an absolute joy to interact with. She goes by Mamma and for a reason. She makes everyone who enters her little store feel like family. She’s just a genuinely good lady. Always kind, always positive. I can’t say enough nice...
