My wife just recently brought them a watch for a battery repair. Something we assumed would be very simple and quick to get done, after bringing it in and letting them handle it, she received it back scratched, damaged on the back, and with a broken dial for changing the current time on the watch. If this had just been small scratches in the underbelly of the watch, it would’ve been very easy to just move on as they wouldn’t be visible, but somehow they managed to damage the dial to prevent the correct time from being set. Truly it is beyond my understanding how they could have managed that, but they found a way. After having the watch returned to her, my wife asked for a refund. Nothing outrageous, just to be reimbursed the service for damaging the watch since they had rendered it nonfunctional and it would now need more repairs. The clerk then proceeded to insist this watch was already broken before it was received by this vendor… I’m sorry but that is incredibly bad business and poor faith building with your customer. This watch was modest and just her favorite everyday watch, we knew for a fact it was working when brought in and it was also clean and well kept because this was one of her favorites. We would not have bothered bringing it in if it was already damaged. It’s unfortunate to see that this business adopts a “your word against mine” mindset to protect themselves, I highly encourage anyone considering to bring their valuables here to carefully consider your options. This shop is in a mall with other jewelers, a short walk to another location could save your valuables from receiving the rather careless treatment they would...

If I could give a zero ID give an even lower rating. I buy a sterling silver moisonite bracelet and after a week I'm bringing it in to be fixed 3 times which cost me 60% 20 each time it broke. He tells me the next time it breaks to toss in garbage and come see him.
