Sharing my experience today. Employees rushed me and were extremely rude. They had terrible attitudes and threw their hands up at me because I didn't want a sandwich on the menu and wanted a custom sandwich. They kept looking at me like I was stupid and inconveniencing them from whatever they were doing. I was overcharged $2 fore something that normally costs me $8, and the lady charged me for a fountain drink even though I asked for a small water, which has also never happened before. They pushed me out of the way to ring someone else up before I even got my food and proceeded to hand my food over the customer they were assisting. When I got my sandwich, only half of it had turkey on it and the other half didn't. The bread was also sliced poorly. Allison (30 minute lunch break) was very rude and told us that “people do have to poop during the day,” and that it was very rude for me to knock on the door to ask for service. She didn’t know how long it would be for service.
