Fabulous and charming consignment store with a full range of on trend women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Love it! I have had the pleasure to go to Found Underground multiple times, sometimes with the intention of only dropping items off -- and going so far as to leave my keys in the car -- and frequently don't even make it in the door before I have a few items displayed outside or in the shop's lower level entryway. The owner Nancy is a lovely, delightful, humorous, and kind hearted individual. I could tell by the frequency with which she greeted customers by first name and asked about events in their lives, and her reaction to and actions after finding crusted lint inside a purse I was buying, that she is truly customer focused in her bones. This place is one of my favorites for clothing! Found Underground is run by some wonderful, friendly people (Nancy is awesome!) and it has stylish clothing selections for a variety of styles. Both my mom and myself (I'm 22) shop here frequently. My favorite dresses and pair of jeans I bought at Found Underground and last year I found everything I needed for my college graduation weekend attire here! I'm always impressed with the selection and store atmosphere. I've also been impressed with how Found Underground has conducted business since the COVID19 pandemic--online shopping options and requiring masks and social distancing in-store. Found Underground is one of my FAVORITE places to shop in Louisville- in person and online! It offers beautiful, fashionable, and clean clothing at super reasonable prices. The best part about this resale store is the respectful and caring way Nancy treats her customers. She delights in her customers' stories, their pets, their children, and our community- and this personalized and loving care makes customers feel like family! Numerous times, Nancy has organized generous fundraisers for patrons with cancer, for our local teachers, and for organizations in need. I truly appreciate and value this store, and think Found Underground to be one of our special treasures of Louisville, CO!!!
