I went for my pregnant daughter craving the grande hot chocolate with caramel drizzle. I drove 45 minutes from my home to get it. The drive-thru is very frustrating, and the line is always long. I went into the store , placed my order, and waited over 10 minutes. As I waited and watched the service providers, they had time to joke around, talk about plans to do things, or the things they did last night. I know they are young, but good service is needed and expected. I really don't mind the chatter as long as the customers are served timely. Well, needless to say, add, I sat one of the workers' family members walks in and was served immediately and left without paying. He was an older man, possibly a grandfather. He never placed an order and only spoke words regarding family. The server appeared to already know what to give him. He thanked her while leaving, saying I'll see you at home. I didn't mind this action because it's not my business. I do mind waiting over 10 minutes, being the only person in the store waiting while friends and family are served first. I know your thinking they may have ordered online, but in case like that, they would've given their name or said they are picking up, and none of this happened. I would've asked for the manager, but she was joking and playing as well. There should be a timer on drive-thru or something offered for such a long, unnecessary wait inside and out. I'm patient with those doing their job, but my patient runs thin for those playing instead of working as if the customers have nothing...

After watching my drink be made wrong over and over again I have given up getting anything too difficult or modified.    Read moreWaited in line to order for around 20 minutes. Got my coffee 20 minutes afterwards. Definitely not worth a 40 minute wait. There were only four staff members working, and even then one of them disappeared for about 15 minutes, and when she returned another one disappeared. There was a line out the door. The coffee was terrible because the barista didnât prepare it correctly, and the drink wasnât even full when she handed it to me (about 3/4 of the way). Not worth nearly 6 dollars.
