Best quality and customer service, hands down! I had decided against taking my rings to be serviced where they were originally purchased with warranty due to poor service. Instead, I took them to Karina’s Jeweler’s to be cleaned and dipped in rhodium. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little on the fence in the beginning about paying out of pocket for a service that I had purchased a warranty with another business. However, when I picked up my rings today, I was so glad that I had made the choice to do it. My rings look like they did the day I got them! The owner is very nice!! She sodered my necklace (I didn't purchase it there, although I'm sure if I had, it wouldn't have broken in the first place) back together for me and when it broke a second time, she did it for free! They also have gorgeous, one of a kind jewelry that is fairly priced. In addition to selling jewelry, they repair jewelry, and replace watch batteries as well. I love this elegant little jewelry store. Highly recommend visiting the next time you want a timeless piece for yourself, a wedding band, an engagement ring, a pair of earrings, a bracelet, a necklace...they pretty much have it all! I went in the store today for the first time. The owner greeted me and I asked her for a particular type of chain. She did not have it, but showed me another type. Since it wasn't what I originally wanted I said I would think about it. I asked her to test a diamond I had and after she already said she would do it, she pushed my diamond back to me and rudely said "my diamond tester is broken" I asked her if I could see a loupe and she said she did not have one. If you have ever worked in a jewelry store (like I have) you would know there is always a tester and/or a loupe. She obviously did not want me in her store. I have never been...
