Finally Louisville has its own refillery! On entering the shop the door reads, “Small but Mighty”. Which is obvious and truthful. Entering the shop the first thing you encounter is the amazing smells of a hundred different eco conscious solutions to every day needs. There’s a container filled with recycled, clean bottles supplied by the community to use if you don’t have your own. And there’s new bottles to fill with ecofriendly products if you are here to begin your journey on sustainability and consciousness! The shop is truly small but mighty. Every corner is filled with products and there’s plants everywhere adding to the charm.

The concept is simple yet powerful! “Don’t you think you’ve thrown away enough plastic?” Refill your used bottles with healthy, sustainable and no harmful alternatives and make the world a better place for everyone...

This is the place to go if you want to ditch plastic. Bring your own reusable containers, pick up some free jars from the community basket, or purchase a container; they will weigh it for you, and then charge you for what is inside once you fill it up. The staff is super friendly and helpful, don't be nervous if you have never been to a place like this before. They make it really easy. Today I bought conditioner and kitchen countertop cleaner, (which we had had samples of from them before, and have really enjoyed). I was a little skeptical of buying conditioner this way at first, but my hair feels great after using it for 2 months. And it feels really good not to buy a bunch of plastic bottles that I just have to hope...
