Sind Cellular Repair is absolutely amazing! When my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's front screen cracked in November or December 2024, I called them to ensure they had a replacement part in stock (thankfully they did). Within an hour dropping it off at their store, they replaced the screen and had my phone ready for pickup, all for about the same price as uBreakiFix charges for that service (uBreakiFix is further away from where I live and the areas I typically drive, and their repair time frame varies depending on how busy they are at any given moment). My phone screen still looks as good as new and works perfectly!

About a month or two after I brought it in for the screen, I dropped my phone and my screen went black, even though I could still hear sound from what I'd been watching on it. Removing it from its two-part protective case revealed an undamaged phone exterior, and after fiddling with the device and doing many forced restarts (holding the volume-down and power button for 10 seconds), I was eventually able to get it working properly again. However, the next day, colorful static and bad crashes started intermittently interrupting any task I tried to complete on my phone (even though I hadn't dropped it again—despite these accounts and the short period between them, I rarely drop my phone) and the screen once again went black, this time without responding to many repeated attempts at forced restarts. I called Sind Cellular and told them what had happened. They said it was likely something with the motherboard (possibly something corrupted it or disconnected from it when my phone hit the ground), but they'd take a look at it and see what they could do. I brought it in the next day. They opened it up, pressed back into place one of the connectors that had indeed popped off the motherboard, and had it back together in my hand and fully functional within 30-40 minutes. DO NOT USE (ESPECIALLY FOR IPHONES) I mean it do not use this establishment. I paid $150 for a screen repair and my $700 iphone 11 seemed fine at first but after not even a week I started to have multitouch display issues and it is not repairable unless done at apple for $200. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They refuse to give me a refund even though they caused issue whether it be through the screen they used or the work done putting my phone back together. I do not care if you are not a chain store if a customer is having issues with their device after your services a refund should be given. BEWARE! Scam artists. I paid $140 for replacing the screen and it started acting up right out of the store. I went back to the store and he reset the phone and all was good. 2 hrs later I was resetting the phone everytime I used it. I need a dependable phone for my business so I went to tmobile and got a new line & phone and pulled the sim card out of the repaired phone & I didn't even use it.
