I would give zero stars if I could. Rude. The tall husky guy with glasses was professional. I ordered the chicken gyro, the chicken had to be chopped and heated on the grill. I didn’t want my rice to get cold while the lady was preparing my chicken so I ask the guy was he fixing my rice prior to the chicken being ready? I told him that I don’t want my rice to get cold, I don’t eat cold food. He fixed the container anyway and sat it down on the counter open. She walked over and got the chicken out of the container at this point, my rice sitting side open on the counter still. I ask her to confirm that it was my chicken and she said “yes”. So I turned to him and said that I just ask you not to fix mine until the chicken was done. He got upset and told me to go eat somewhere else! Everyone in the restaurant looked at each other in disbelief. I confirmed with him that he said what we all heard him say, he replied that he did say just that. I told the lady, who is very pleasant by the way- that I wasn’t going to spend my money there and be talked to in that manner- that I would t be back. Rude! If you must eat here, deal with the female. This was my second time in...
Read moreI already loved this place as a go-to for Greek food, especially after a long day at work when I can DoorDash and have it waiting for me when I get home.
Today was one of the days when I’d worked a long and hard day and was just hoping to get home to some great food, and then settle in for the evening. I ordered an hour before the restaurant closed, but a driver never made it there.
The manager/owner personally called me from the restaurant to let me know he’d prepared the food, on time no less, but that nobody had been by to pick it up yet. I’d lost track of time and asked the time, and he told me they closed at 8pm…it was 8:22 when we spoke. He proceeded to tell me he would stay and wait as long as he needed if a driver was coming, or if I preferred we could just cancel the order. I called DoorDash and we got it all sorted from there and cancelled because I didn’t want him waiting any longer. But the fact that he reached out himself?
Talk about great customer service. On top of that the food is fantastic. Can’t go wrong...
Read moreJojo Gyros is my absolute favorite place to go whether I want good food or good conversation. I started working at the mall about a month ago and decided to give Gyro a try. I was scared at first but the nice lady who works there offered me a sample. I’ve been hooked ever since. I get gyro platters, chicken tenders, wings, even lamb chops! There’s nothing on their menu that isn’t amazing. Not only is their food great, but this is a family owned business. A wife, husband, and beautiful little girl. They will always make you feel like family and have you leaving with the biggest smile. I eat there almost everyday and on the days I don’t, I will stop by and say hi or they will stop by and do the same. Give them a try today. I promise you won’t regret it!
Ps. Don’t forget to ask for an extra pita with your platter! You’re going to need it because they give you a...
