Updated 6/5/23 I was contacted about someone over stores she apologized after reading song lyrics and knowing what had happened. She did offer a $50 gift for us to return to the store however I did not want it. I thanked her for contacting me and let her know that we really just wanted the situation addressed as it was not appropriate for anyone. I did think that she would contact us back after she had talked to the store manager and employee but I have not heard anything more.

Updated 5/30/23 I tried to call the store for the 2nd time today at 12:58 pm and speak to a manager. I was told to speak with a manager I should call between 11:00 am-12:00 pm very limited window.

We were in on Saturday afternoon 5/27/23 at about 5:45 pm with my son who just turned 16 and his girlfriend who is 15. The young male cashier made some inappropriate comments to the girlfriend making her extremely uncomfortable. I've not been able to reach anyone at the store when calling. I've gone on the website and submitted a "contact us" message. What happened needs to be addressed with the employee. What was said shouldn't have been said to any customer let alone a 15 yr old girl who looks like a 15...

This location is the best there is! Compared to the Saint Matthews location, it is definitely our preference, we had an amazing experience at this location especially with the help from the manager (Nicole)! So friendly, clean, and overall a nice and personable staff. They let us know about their loyalty program, which we had never heard of Despite our dozens of visits to the Saint Matthews location. The staff had great selling points for the items in their store and let us know all the details about their rewards program and all the perks (there’s a lot!) definitely sign up if you haven’t yet! Thought it was good when they first opened and you could buy the refillable candy jar and refill for $5.00. They have now raised that price to $8.00 along with raising the prices on the jars. We bought the jar for the $5.00 refill but now Won't be using it because $8.00 is too much for the little bit of candy you get . Not sure why they would raise prices that much after only being open a few months. I am sure a lot of people bought these jars thinking they would be able to refill them...
