while this is a great concept, my experience today was not so great. My boyfriend and I went to the Oxmoor mall today to shop and he wanted to buy a Red Bull. The man working opened the fridge for us to grab and checked us out. What the man did not know was I was watching him check out my boyfriend on his iPad and TIP HIMSELF WITHOUT CONSENT. I cannot make this up, he gave himself a 15% tip and signed off on it as if he were my boyfriend. I was in shock and did not want to confront him directly, so we called mall security and they told us they would let management know. We have gone before to Tapville a while back and had a great experience with a younger lady who was so welcoming and kind. I am writing this review to let management know they have an employee who is being dishonest with their customers and to let everyone know to beware of employees doing this. We were a bit confused as to how the service worked and simply asked the gentleman how we were to go about ordering as it is kiosk in the middle of the mall and an unconventional businessto see as a mall kiosk. The worker was very rude to my wife and spoke as if he really did not wish to help us.
