The employees at this location displayed unacceptable behavior and unprofessional attitudes. During my visit, an employee named “Ajla” was ringing up my items. She was unable to locate the price tag on a purse I wanted to purchase, even though I informed her that the displayed price was $24.99. After several minutes, she eventually found the tag inside the purse but still spent an additional 10 minutes verifying the price, as though she didn’t trust me.

Despite explaining that I was in a hurry and clarifying that if the purse wasn’t $24.99, I didn’t want it, she eventually confirmed that the price was indeed $24.99. Following this, we purchased a large coat and the purse, but Ajla placed both items in an insufficiently small bag. When we requested a larger bag, she responded with visible annoyance, slamming our items on the counter.

As we walked away, “Alja” muttered something angrily in another language. When I returned to ask what she said, she denied making any comment, which was clearly untrue.

The behavior I experienced was not only rude but felt racially motivated. I will be reporting this incident and will not be returning to this TJ...

TJMaxx is a great place to shop for anything. I get a lot of basic clothing items here like plain shirts for work and sometimes jeans. I like getting things like clothes and undergarments here because everything is nice but never too expensive. Unfortunately they don't carry anything in my bra size and I'm sure there are plenty of people who can relate so that is something you'll have to keep in mind. Because they don't have one area of goods/items that they specialize in there isn't as much variety. If you're picky or you have a size that is not very basic/general or are looking for something more specific then I'd recommend going to a store that is specifically for what you are looking for (clothes, furniture, makeup) otherwise this is a good place to shop. I've never had any problems with anyone who works here either so that isn't something you really need to worry about. There is a parking lot for the whole shopping center, but I would recommend parking at the side of the building and walking around to the entrance. Its not any further than the parking out front, but its usually less crowded and easier to...

I’m giving 1star because! I was shopping with granddaughter...! I went back the next day bought more stuff they lost the stuff they said would HOLD! excellent as far as.... A few expensive dresses /Italian : leather purses /but if you shop too long IF you are White ! Asian or black lady to single you out because you shop too long ! Cashier did a wonderful job tall Gray hair man , by the way cashier was not white either ! But respectful nice girls! The bottom line 2 dresses that I want it gone ! Macy’s the gap Tuesday morning ! just make sure people are (trying to get over on us) SMH lol Stupidity! Also picked up my drink it WAS coffee she Accidentally spilled the on pants and shoes I didn’t say anything at all ! Other than you might want to clean it up so no one falls ! Any brothers 8$ not cheap not to mention I don’t like people touching my stuff.! $$$ I think they were trying to get over on me maybe I’ll take my pants and have them pay for that and my shoe yeah feel me !
