Sold a faulty piece of furniture and would not issue a refund. $50 for a table that practically rotted and fell apart within 2 days. To update after calling a few times to try and convince the manager to make things right, the end table was looked at very carefully and I did receive my refund. They found that the owner who sold them this piece had screwed and glued the legs together so their accusations against me stating that I had dropped it were actually false. To begin, they were not even going to look into the reason why I wanted a refund. It was just a flat no so I had to call numerous times to get this situation looked into. I tried all day one day and spoke with absolutely no one! It’s also like pulling teeth in getting your voice mails returned. I understand that we all have busy lives, but if the responsibility of the person assigned to answering the phone for these calls is too much, perhaps they should hire additional manpower. I simply want to make a donation and help a family in need, and just mearly speaking with someone in order to do so has turned into a...
