Sold a faulty piece of furniture and would not issue a refund. $50 for a table that practically rotted and fell apart within 2 days. To update after calling a few times to try and convince the manager to make things right, the end table was looked at very carefully and I did receive my refund. They found that the owner who sold them this piece had screwed and glued the legs together so their accusations against me stating that I had dropped it were actually false. To begin, they were not even going to look into the reason why I wanted a refund. It was just a flat no so I had to call numerous times to get this situation looked into. Habitat is a good place to shop and find what’s old and make new to you, but check to be sure there’s nothing faulty because you just may not be issued a refund.

Staff very friendly, although selection is extremely varied that is to be expected.. I was lucky enough to find 3 matching ceiling fans and get them for 75% off.. only $12.50 ea!!! AND I got all my kitchen cabinets that match along with a kitchen and bathroom sink!! I will 100% be returning!! Thank you to all who donate this is a store I really will continue to support ❤️ 💙!!

I highly recommend checking out this thrift store if you’re looking for sturdy furniture. They also have a giant selection of ceiling lights. Everything is way cheaper than buying new and the quality is great. Since it’s older, most of the things are wooden or wick

So. We go into this store, hoping to find some nice pieces to fix up to decorate our new home. We find about 7 old shutters each marked $3. So, thrilled, we grab all of them and bring them to the register. The cashier (whom I'm assuming is someone in charge) proceeds to argue with us saying they're all $10 not $3 and that they cant sell it to us for the price marked ON ALL OF THEM. Has no care what is marked and literally proceeds to carry on an argument. At a store that's sole purpose is to take in stuff for free to sell in order to use those profits to help the community. We would have easy spent $30-$40 today. And we come back often. But after today, arguing over what was marked on the items, we will never again step foot in there. It's an...

For the life of me I do not understand why it is so difficult to get a hold of someone at this place in order to schedule a donation pickup of furniture. It is really like pulling teeth. I tried all day one day and spoke with absolutely no one! It’s also like pulling teeth in getting your voice mails returned. I understand that we all have busy lives, but if the responsibility of the person assigned to answering the phone for these calls is too much, perhaps they should hire additional manpower. I simply want to make a donation and help a family in need, and just mearly speaking with someone in order to do so has turned into a...
