Customer service is incredibly bad every time I've been up there...

A couple of weeks ago, I had my ENTIRE order messed up. Because it was the entire order (over $50), I called corporate. They said it would be taken care of... I went back a few days later to get my order replaced, and was told that they were out of the ingredients for most of my replacement order. I decided to come back at a later date... I was handed a piece of paper from the manager with my order wrote down of what was to be replaced the next time that I came up there...

I went up there earlier today, with the signed piece of paper by the manager, and explained everything to them as to what had happened. The manager in charge today acted like she wasn't going to replace my order because the original manager never told anyone about my order. I was a fast-food manager for over ten years, and this store is ran so badly that it's honestly mind blowing. I'm surprised this location is still open. I'll drive an extra 15 minutes to a different DQ before I go back to...

Update: 6/16/25 when we first walked in two employees were bickering over an order, we were never even acknowledged while standing at the counter by the individual taking orders, very little professionalism and rude, the rest of the employees continued to just cut up amongst themselves we had to wait a long time for just two blizzards and they were just thrown together not what we're used to, the place is not clean, tables are filthy and floors need mopping.

I never give five stars for everything and anything but our experience here was superb! We ate the first double stack with bacon and it was so good we got a second, both cooked to perfection, flavor was wonderful, bacon was crisp, perfect amount of lettuce and tomato, staff was very customer service oriented and the place is clean in every way and the music is the best!... thank you, and I guess you're on the right track Mr Warren Buffett... Oh and a great selection of ice cream cakes we're coming back later for the red velvet and some...

Just came from here they don't close until 10:00pm on Sundays it's Sunday night and I went to the drive thru right after 9:00pm they had the menu board turned off a whole hour before they closed I went on the inside and told them if y'all don't close until 10pm why is the menu board to the drive thru turned off and it's only five minutes after 9pm they said they was unaware it was off!!! When I walked in and went to the counter the workers was just looking at me and not coming to take my order so I'm standing there like umm hello I know y'all see me standing here I'm not invisible????? Then after a minute goes by I finally get my order taken! I believe the reason they had the drive thru menu board turned off even though they were still open is to try and stop people from ordering food from their vehicles a whole hour before they close!
