Target — Local services in Louisville

Absolutely terrible store with terrible employees. Store has been going downhill for years, but this is the final straw for me. I was coming in for an item for my nefews birthday, the online preorder sold out, so the website said to check stores today when they release said item. I checked Targets website at the location I shop at, and it said they had 4 in stock, I signed up for the same day delivery but it didn't mention until after that it was a minimum of $35 to ship same day, I'm not spending more money on something I don't need just to save a trip out. So I go to the store when I get there , its a mess as usual, disorganized and shelves almost empty. As usual I couldn't find what I was looking for bit was lucky an actual employee was nearby for once. I showed the employee the website and it said the item as released today and four where at this store. She agreed yes we have that and even mentioned that I wasn't the first person to ask for it, but she and no other employee wanted to go in the back and look for it so I would have to check back Tuesday or Wednesday and I guess hope that they put it out and wasn't bought by someone else? Lazy unprofessional staff , dirty disorganized store. You might as well just close the brick and motor store if you refuse to sell an item that your staff admits you have but refuses to sell. I'll be filing a complaint with the manufacturer as well and i hope they pull your licensing deal. Don't shop here there is a Walmart literally...

This target store usually does the trick, although they don’t have the best selection. The people are usually very friendly tonight I was greeted by a surly woman who rolled her eyes as I grabbed a cart and said we only have 15 minutes until close you might want to rethink the cart. (?!) I look at my phone it’s 9:15, 45 minutes before close. I said well I’ll just be a minute then so as not to be rude. Here’s where my problem is after I walked off she said to her colleague I’m tired of these people thinking they can roll in here right before we close up I am trying to get out of here. I thought it was a little humorous when I checked out it was 9:45 (15 minutes until close ). She was asking if she could close down a register and her superior said no we need to get people out closing down registers are going to keep us here longer, let’s just get everyone checked out. He was very friendly he came over and helped me at the U scan. I really like most of the employees at this location which is why I go to this location being that it is convenient. I hope this woman has a better day...

So, I grew up going to this Target location for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience…. Until today. I picked up something late before closing, so I’m sure this lady had been working and was excited about the ending of her shift. I walked up to the check out line after I noticed the self check out was already closed. She doesn’t greet me, instead she says, “I get off at 10pm so if any one is here too bad” (something to this effect) right in front of a guest. Wow. Just wow. I could tell she was embarrassed by how she still said not a word to me and scanned my three items. While chasing me out, she made another comment in Spanish to a coworker for me not to hear, so I can only imagine what was said. After I paid, she said “Have a good night” really low and fast. I did not respond I just looked at her kind of in schock lol What kind of customer service is this??? I understand wanting to leave after a long shift, but you should watch what you say in front of guests. I’ll go out of my way to go to a different target from now on. I hope she does better, because that was...
