I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. No brick-and-mortar storefront had me anxious about whether I was making the right call. That anxiety vanished the moment Richy started troubleshooting. With just a brief description of my HP All-in-One’s issues, he immediately zeroed in with expertise.

Instead, he took my computer in the same day and had already started diagnosing before I even left. Cracked a Samsung S23 Ultra phone screen. Brought the phone in for a screen replacement. The repair ended up destroying my front camera, and it no longer works. This affects the entire camera system.

DO NOT COME HERE. I sent my phone into Samsung for warranty repair after this, and whatever this guy did, completely voided my warranty. The phone is basically beyond normal repair and Samsung quoted exactly $583.47 to repair the mistakes this guy made. I paid about 300 for him to repair my screen. How the hell do you walk out of a repair shop with double the cost to repair??

On top of that, after he had tried to replace the front camera a second time without it working, he then demanded I pay to repair it again. Hence why I brought it to Samsung, and found the damage done. Unless this gets rectified, I will keep this post up. I've been without my phone for about a month and I'm down over $900 over a screen...

Honestly, I was pretty upset when I had arrived about my laptops sound not working. I had it in my mind that I was going to have to replace the speakers on my laptop and or buy an new computer. But Quickly, he knew exactly what was wrong with my computer unfortunately the driver for my sound had been removed during an update.( something that is common among my type of computer) he also added a Paid Anti-virus ( for free for me) for a year definitely and unexpected but greatly appreciated surprise. I was also pretty surprised how fast he got it taken care of for me I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and he had it ready for me the next day around noon just in time for me to have my laptop for work. It was nice not to have to go without it. The owner was also so personable and really helpful. In the future i will definitely be going back its nice to have a trust worthy shop and the price...
