One of the highlights of the Visitor Center is its selection of Colorado-themed gifts. It's a great place to pick up souvenirs, from unique handcrafted items to Colorado-branded apparel. No visit to the Loveland Visitor Center is complete without taking a photo in front of the iconic "LOVE" sculpture. This sculpture is not only a great photo opportunity but also a symbol of Loveland's reputation as a city of love and creativity. It’s a must-do for anyone stopping by the center.

However, the outdoor experience around the Visitor Center has seen better days. Walking around the pond with the fountain used to be a fun and relaxing activity. Unfortunately, the pond has become quite green and unpleasant lately, which detracts from the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the abundance of goose poop on the sidewalks has made it less appealing to stroll around the area, reducing the fun factor significantly.

Despite the issues with the pond area, the Loveland Visitor Center remains a worthwhile stop for its friendly service, excellent gift shop, and the memorable photo opportunity with the "LOVE" sculpture. It's a place that embodies the welcoming spirit of Loveland and offers a touch of local charm to visitors. We stayed in Loveland when we came out for Frontier Days in Cheyenne back in July. We visited the tourist center looking for things to do in the area and we were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and helpful and steered us completely in the right direction! The concert they told us about in town was awesome, as well as some other sites they recommended. We returned a couple of days later to purchase some items as gifts and they were shipped to us back in Rhode Island; they were packaged very nicely and all arrived safely!

First off, what an EXCELLENT experience! Gary and the crew at the visitors center made me and my little one feel so welcome. We are here on business from Tennessee and wanted to find some neat Loveland, CO souvenirs and I am glad I came here! Had a wonderful conversation with the workers and received recommendations on the nights activities as well as what to do with the rest of our stay.
