Checos Tacos — Restaurant in Lowell

I don't know where to start the tacos were perfect the tortilla was soft but still enough thickness the size of the tacos really does not matter they are on the smaller scale but I promise you that once you BITE into that taco you are going to be beyond satisfied. Thee taste of the meat it's a good crisp texture in the sense that it is still soft but it still gives you that juicy goodness from the salsa if you decide to put it on your salsa sauces are just right they do got a kick so please be careful use at your own discretion absolutely AMAZING!! This was the first time I've tried this food truck. The food was okay, but I was not very impress with the service or the execution of the food ordered. I ordered 4 tacos with no onion, a torta, and another taco with everything. I was given a buzzer that would notify me when the food would be ready. I waited almost 25 minutes and nothing, so I went to the window to ask about my order and the guy said "oh your order has been ready for a while" yet he was buzzing us as I was talking to him. Then when I got home, all 4 tacos had onions and the 1 taco had nothing, only the meat. The torta was very soggy as it was serve on top of grilled onions and a Jalapeno. The last two times haven’t been so great, the one time I got a fresh water but it tasted awful. I also notice my torta didn’t have as much meat. The second most recent visit, my tacos were too salty and also had hardly any meat.
