Joe and his partner are the consummate professionals. Patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your questions, concerns and even advised based on physical limitations. It is not about just making a sale. It is a genuine caring that you leave the shop educated and equipped to make bowling an enjoyable experience for you. I have been to Joe’s pro shop twice since August. A friend decided to volunteer me for his bowling team after a 34 year absence. Joe and his partner are amazing. They took the time to listen to what I remembered about my game from by gone years. Explained the newest innovations regarding bowling balls for 2025 and made a great recommendation of the Columbia 300 Rally ball at 15lbs. I was a bit optimistic that the ball would be ok for me, but unfortunately after several weeks of working with the ball, Father Time and prior injuries were too much to ignore. The ball is great but as for me the weight and my ability to control the ball was too difficult. Fast forward this past Monday 9/22, I returned to the shop armed with additional knowledge. I provided my ball speed. Preferred line I am trying to hit and also explained the lack of control and wrist pain I was experiencing. After listening a recommendation was made for a 14lb Hammer Bubble Gum Vibe( ridiculously bright pink ball). I balked at the color for a moment but I trust the pros recommendations. They are pros for a reason. I introduced the Vibe at league play two day later. I am currently carrying a 137 average My friends and the other team had a lotta laughs at my expense. First game was a 108. Learning curve for me was apparent for this new ball cover and weight. Second game the light bulb went on (a 167) and by the third game a 189. No one was laughing anymore at the pink ball. I can not thank you both enough for your time patience and expertise. Your dedication to helping others has helped me find the enjoyment of league bowling again You are both very personable and easy to talk with. By the time you leave one feels like they have known you all their lives. Thank you again. Any future bowlers that I may run across plus any of my future needs that I may have will be returning to you. ...
Read moreMy Wife needed a bowling ball, bag, & both of us needed shoes. We recently joined a Senior Summer League at Thunderbird Lanes in Warminster. We called the Pro Shop there & was told they'd be onsite to show us bowling equipment tonight b/w 630&830pm. We showed up close to 630pm and were told that the person that was supposed to be in the Pro Shop had a family function & was not coming in till 830pm. Ergo, they lost a sale. I called Joe on the phone at Bowlero & he said "come on down". We enjoyed walking through Bowlero to get to the Pro Shop. Joe took care of us is a LARGE way. My wife's new bowling ball was drilled right before our eyes. Joe gave us professional service, advice, & sold us quality equipment. It was not a hard-sell & even gave us a free bowling game. Go here for all your bowling needs. Call Joe, he even answers the...
Read moreKnowledgeable, fast service, fairly priced, all around great customer service and excellent customer experience. Stopped bowling for a little while, was a decent bowler averaging between 180-190 and unfortunately reverted back to bad habits and combine that with a poorly drilled ball, i simply wasn’t comfortable bowling, either getting blisters on my thumb or not getting the reaction I was used to getting out of the ball. Having Joe fix my ball and spend 30 minutes on the lane with me was the best thing I could have done to improve my game by recognizing and breaking bad habits and simply be comfortable bowling again, my only regret is that I didn’t go to him sooner. I look forward to being a customer of Joe’s and continuing to work with him to improve my game and...
