Store owner was very unwilling to fix an issue with a pick up order that the server made a mistake in and admitted she didn’t add into the order. I was told by other girl to come in Tuesday to come resolve the issue. Well Tuesday comes around and their “ freezer “ is broken so limited options and than she tells me that they might not even be able to resolve it since it’s days later and if I would’ve came back same day it would have been resolved right away. I explained to her that day ( couple days ago) that I was already home and 20 mins away and she is the one that told me to come back Tuesday when she’s back in. After speaking to her today, she seemed unwilling and I get it cus she was trying to protect herself with the store owner being there … so I asked to talk to him, and he was very rude when he answered the phone and cut me off when I tried to explain the issue. First they said they can only do 10% off and than after push back and pulling teeth he finally said they’ll replace it… after talking to them and pulling teeth after 20 mins I decided to just stop going there and go to Dairy Queen instead.
No need to drive 20 mins where the service makes you feel guilty and bad for wanting your issue to be resolved and fixed. And I even told them I would be ordering 2 other things today + wanting the 1 item to be replaced and fixed. Read moreStay away from this place! I went in with my family and “tried” ordering ice cream. First of all, we called her a couple of times to ask a question, she literally ignored our existence. We were like ok whatever. We wanted to order ice cream. My sister was telling her our orders and she raised her voice in a very rude way saying “ONE ORDER AT A TIME” like 3 times. As if we’re stupid. When I confronted her and said that wasnt nice and she should treat her customers with respect she insisted that she wasnt wrong. She told us to leave and that she will not serve us. She proceeded to greet incoming customers and was nice to everyone except us. All what we wanted is to order ice cream but we received nothing but hostility and rudeness for literally NO reason. I made a complaint and will definitely follow up to make sure she doesn’t work there anymore. I hope she’s reading my review. Update- I managed to get the phone number of the store owner. He was very dismissive as well. He kept justifying her actions saying she said “one at a time” so she doesn’t miss up my order. I kept explaining that wasnt our problem. I’ve never experienced this kind of terrible customer service before. The manager was condescending, told me I should have picked up my order, and hung up on me twice. As well as, zero care for the order being incorrect.
I had pre-ordered a birthday cake with a custom birthday message from the CS in feasterville. When you order, it does not specify that a third party will deliver the cake. You can place a schedule time, which I did. The did not offer any assistance and rushed to get off the phone. He told me I should have picked up the cake or find out who the third party delivery service is, and then he hung up on me - no have a good day or call back if it’s not delivered or I’ll look into it. He did not want to be bothered.
Then he called me back stating door dash will deliver it and hung up.
I received my order BUT the custom message of “happy birthday” was not written on it.
I called CS back and the manager did not care, not one bit. Said he couldn’t do anything about it. Also, the manager tried saying that I did not order a custom message— it’s on the receipt that was tagged to the bag and in my email.
The manager is extremely rude, lack professional customer service, no apology, no offer of discount or a free dessert.
I hope no one wastes their time with cold stone. I’ll never give...
