Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

Ordered delivery for valentines day. Something different. Placed the order ahead of time, but due to the holday, it didnt end up coming for almost 40 mins over the time i put the order for. No worries though!! We got our food, and could see the delivery driver SPRINTING to our door. As soon as i opened it he was profusely apologetic, and super kind with it being late. Placed and order. Got a notification telling me they canceled my order as I was pulling into the parking lot after driving 20 minutes to get there. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. Finally the guy gig off his phone and came over. He old me he canceled my order because they ran out of plastic containers, which only one of the 3 items required. Then he walked away. They could have put the food in a different container, which you’d think just about every other restaurant would do. They could’ve called me. I waited 1hr and a half for food to never show. Then they tell me they cant get in touch with the driver and they guess he "just got lost" (I live 5 minutes away).. then they say they will no longer deliver. I will never order from this business ever again! What an awful business, and they did not even care.. or offer a discount. just a heads up delivery is through doordash and is a $5 dollar fee and papa johns has no access to the drivers. The drivers just steal ur food or never deliver it.
