Mind you, I went soon after opening hours and while the store was obviously understaffed, there was also a great lack of knowledge from the staff that was actively working the floor... which was only one employee. I watched other workers completely ignore customers or engage briefly and quickly leave the area to stand and talk to each other. That's unacceptable in a store like this. What was also concerning were the untidy samples, shopping bags covered in product, and lack of cleaning tools at endcaps, as well as the shunning of some customers in order to follow other customers who I assume the employees believed would purchase more who in fact did not. As a former manager of a different beauty retailer, I was appalled by things I managed to observe in all of 20 minutes or so. Read moreI understand that different stores do things different ways. But I don't think that being rude to your customers as ever a way to do things. I picked up my curbside order right before closing, and was greeted by a very rude associate by the name of Diana who did not greet me but simply very tersely asked for my license and then gave me my order. While I understand that at the end of the day, everyone is tired and ready to go home, as a customer that should never be my problem. I hope that in the future that steps will be taken to ensure that all associates remember that it is your role to serve a customer and that sometimes customers that don't live in the city may not be aware of your policies and procedures. Read moreMy wife and I stopped by this location just to get a few items for her. We spend 30 minutes looking for one item with nothing to even approach us to see if we needed any help. Finally we have up looking and decided to check out. Gabriella the clerk was told us the total, which was a bit high for three items but we didn't think much of it. On our way back home to Louisiana, my wife so happened to check the receipt and notice a salon tip of $4. Immediately we called to get answers and they had us on hold for over 8 minutes just to basically tell us we can get a refund. Ask for store credit & they gave me a number with an expiration date. who tf does that? Super annoyed with this location....
