Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Lufkin

My mother had ordered me bras in the wrong size. I came into the Lufkin store to do an exchange. They didn't have my sizes in stock so an associate offered to order me some. I thought this would be fine. She asked me for the shipping info and I clearly stated to her not once, but twice my address and name. She put it under my mother's name, and left out the apartment number on my address. So my package fell into FedEx limbo. When I called the store to figure out what to do I was immediately sent to the manager on duty. When I tried to explain the situation the manager told me the associate would've had me confirm my info on the screen. I told her the associate did not do this. She told me that her associate would have had to confirm it with me. Basically implying I was lying and then told me she can't do a thing and to Google the customer care number. All I wanted was to figure out how to fix it and I got dismissed and spoken to very poorly. I work retail myself and try to be kind when having issues with stores but this is the rudest manager ever. Her associate had a long line at the time she ordered for me and called for help with my order several times and got ignored when she asked for help. Mistakes happen but clearly management here does not care about their associates or...

This is the most inconvenient VS that I've ever been too. Every time I go pay a bill, I'm stuck in line for over 30 Minutes because there is always something wrong. For example, today one of the cash registers was down, the time before there was only 1 person working who knew how to use the cash register, the time before that the girl on the register had zero idea of how to use it, so there was basically 1 cashier, once again. ..and service is nothing...

I have been to alot of stores but I have to tell you way these ladies help you is beyond words.i needed help for fitting and the lady that helped me was excellent .took her time with me did not rush she did not stop until she found the right fitting for mr a bra.and the service for checkout was very friendly.it is hard to find the service ingot...
