I have been in contact with the store owner and they have been so understanding of the situation I was put through. I appreciate the owner's ability to communicate with his customers and make sure they're taken care of, it meant a lot to me. Thank you Appalachian Outfitters!
Quality brands, is the only good thing about this store. They had very little in stock when it came to sizes. The customer service I experienced was horrific. I attempted asking the women there if the sign for 20-30% excluded any items (like pants or clearance items); she did not let me finish speaking when she decided to educate me in front of the entire store about what a sign is and that they were displayed throughout the store. He bought a great pair of North Face Hiking boots at a great price. Less than an hour an a half later he was back in the park and ready to go. The boots fit perfectly without any rubbing after two days of tough hiking....
