Same Starbucks coffee, but horrible customer service. I did a mobile order and was sitting at the counter they whole time waiting for my order. They never took the order slip out of the printer, so I didn't know if my order was ready or what was going on. The baristas ignored me several times as I tried to verbally inquire about my order. Once I had someones attention, I ask if they took mobile orders, cause they didn't take the slip out of the printer. I honestly tried to be understanding , but all I got was 2 coffees and huge pile of attitude.
I know its the Holidays, but there is no need to be snotty. AVOID this starbucks.

The wait was a little long and when I noticed my drink being finished , I noticed she was about to put whip on it and asked her not to . The employee then “mumbled “ well why doesn’t it say that . Read moreSo two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, "I'm using Stars" yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken. The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho.
